  Definitely! It’s fun to start off with code that doesn’t exist or doesn’t work, and then see it working.
  
  Get to apply what I know about maths and physics directly – if I write an equation now it will usually be in code.

I am a pharmacologist and coding did not come easy. My father said it was only for boys! The little he knew…right? Anyway…after a lot of self-taught I now conduct epidemiology using R and genetics …and I love coding so that my research question can be answered!
