Question: Do you think corona virus will fully spread?

If by “fully spread” you mean infect everyone in the world – then no I don’t think that would be possible. There are always communities of people who are isolated from everyone else.
People who have had the virus will become immune (although for COVID-19 we don’t know how long that immunitiy will last). When enough people are immune then the virus can’t spread effectively, so even people who have never been infected are protected (this is called herd immunity).
