• Question: What's your favourite part about your job?

      I love working with inspiring people – experts in their field – to solve complicated problems that may, one day, help preventing diseases in the population. That’s pretty cool. Plus my job is so varied and flexible that it’s so different from day-to-day, which I also love.

    For me it is the fieldwork, getting to go to some amazing places, working with brilliant people surrounded by awesome animals. As well as being surrounded by nature being in remote locations means I get involved in everyone else’s science and get to learn loads. Getting to see how months of planning and preparation pay off I also get daily challenges that need to be overcome and I love that problem solving.
